Registration & Donations
Competition Fees
All registration fees for competitions, exhibitions, fashion events, workshops, programs, and memberships are non-refundable once successfully completed.
Donations
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. We request all donors to verify details before completing a transaction.
Exceptional Scenarios
Duplicate Transactions
Notification must be provided within 7 days. Verified duplicate payments will be reviewed and refunded appropriately.
Technical Payment Failure
If payment is deducted without confirmation, contact support for verification. We will manually confirm your registration or process a refund.
Event Cancellation
by Organization
If an event is cancelled by the Foundation and no alternative is offered, we may at our discretion issue a full/partial refund or transfer your registration.

Participant Withdrawal
Refunds are strictly NOT granted for mind changes, failure to attend, missing deadlines, disqualification, or failure to submit required documents.
Shipping Charges
Courier, packaging, handling, and custom duties are non-refundable. International participants are responsible for all import taxes.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds may take between 7 and 30 business days depending on banking networks and payment gateway processing times.
Chargeback Warning
Unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to suspension of services, disqualification, and legal recovery proceedings.
