Payments & Donations

Donations
Donations are voluntary contributions for Foundation objectives and do not create ownership or voting rights.
Submissions & Licensing
Artwork Originality
Participants warrant that submitted work is original, they possess necessary rights, and it does not infringe on any intellectual property rights.
License Granted
"Participants grant Anuragyam a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, publish, archive, promote, reproduce, and digitally distribute the content for educational, cultural, and nonprofit purposes."
Judging & Awards
Jury decisions are final. The Foundation reserves the right to substitute awards with equivalent alternatives if necessary.
Prohibited Conduct
Plagiarism, identity misrepresentation, harmful content, and interfering with website operations are strictly prohibited.
Legal Limitations
Limitation of Liability
The Foundation is not liable for data loss, downtime, technical failures, courier delays, or event postponements caused by external factors.
Force Majeure
Failure to perform due to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control shall not be considered a breach of these terms.
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject exclusively to the courts of New Delhi.
